RENTAL POLICIES
PICKUP AND RETURN HOURS
All rentals may be picked up the evening before the event. They must be picked up between 5:00 and 9:00 p.m.

All rentals must be returned by 5:00 p.m. the day following the event.
​
If you require a later return time, please make accommodations for this at the time of booking.
​
These hours may be subject to change depending on the dates of the event.
PICKUP AND DELIVERY
All rentals may be picked up in Springville, Utah.
​
Delivery is available for all rentals for a $15.00 fee (fee covers both delivery and pickup) within Utah County only.
​
Delivery may not be available for some dates and hours for delivery may vary.
PAYMENT AND FEES
Payment in full is due upon booking. An invoice will be emailed and may be paid via check or PayPal.

A $10 damage deposit will be required on all rentals. If rentals are returned or picked up with any damage, all or part of this fee will not be returned. If all rentals are returned in prior condition, this deposit will be refunded.
​
A fee may be charged in the case of a late rental return. As your rentals may be scheduled for another event, prompt return is required. If you require a later return time, please make accommodations for this at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION
Rentals may be canceled for a full refund up to seven days before your event.
​
Rentals canceled between two and seven days before the event will be refunded 50% of the rental and lettering fees.
​
Rentals canceled the day before delivery, day of delivery, or that are not picked up are not refundable.
​
Delivery and Damage Deposit fees for any cancellations are fully refundable.
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND IN CASE OF DAMAGE BEFORE YOUR EVENT
It is possible that before your event, your rental was damaged by another client. Every effort to replace these items will be made by us. You will be notified of the damage as soon as possible and we will work with you to either deliver a replacement or refund your booking in full.
